The staff here were incredibly helpful and provided complimentary wake-up service and ironing; the double room we stayed in was beautiful with an excellent view from the four big windows.

I came here for 1 night and had a LOVELY stay. This place was comfortable in general with an excellent staff team. Location: the hotel was not far from ferry.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Palacio De Guzman. the location of the hotel is marvellous and only a 5-minute walk from the downtown area. 3. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and affable. 4. the breakfast offered a variety of appetising food options.

The hostess was super accommodating and cooked us an amazing Spanish meal. The dining area with balconies onto the main square and church was sooo atmospheric. And let me tell you, the parking was super safe and secure. No worries about your car getting messed with. Plus, it was nice and quiet all through the night. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the hostess organized a private tour of this insane 14th-century church. So cool! And there were a ton of local wineries nearby if you're into that kinda thing. We felt like we really got to immerse ourselves in Spanish life. All the locals hang out here, young and old. Absolutely loved it!
Okay, so the only real negative was the lack of signage. We weren't sure if we were in the right place or not.
